Living on the beachfront on Drakes Island with his wife Margaret has made Fred Richardson aware of the many issues facing coastal property owners.  He has summered in Maine for 19 years and is a resident of Middletown, Massachusetts. He is an electrical contractor  in Boston.   He has been involved in SOS for many years, and has been a Board member for four years. Helping to keep the beaches sandy and clean and protecting the rights of all property owners is his reason for supporting SOS.
